I'm glad to introduce you my asset.
It is one room apartment (studio), it includes Kitchen, living room and bath furniture and small interior objects such as journals, dishes, towels and etc.
It is a sample scene, so you can take prefabes from it and use it in your project OR you can use it like completed scene.
Technical info:
lightning: all lights are in mixed mode and there are some emissive lights.
3 Non-directional lightmaps (3x2048x2048) you can make it better.
3 reflection probes.
Asset has 2 scenes, one of them is just for prefabes.
Meshes: 67 objects. average tris amount is 2000 per objects, i.e. sofa has about 3500 trises.
No atlas textures.
Some furniture has tiled textures (you can use your textures) but major part are with unwrapped textures. Resolution depends on the shape of the object.The max is 2048x2048.
All materials have Aldebo, metallic and normal maps.
