| Kinect + VRML, is it possible? |
There is a lot of interactive/mixed reality fun stuff created using Processing and Kinect's SDK. a nice idea would be to integrate Kinect and BS Contact for some novel ways to interact in vrml/x3d worlds. Imagine a installation where your avatar is controlled with the physical movements of your body... alas, my coding abilities are non-existent, but i would love to be able to help to implement this idea! |

This world teaches a little bit of what is renewable energy, and has a pavilion dedicated to water and a space for recycling. This world is a place you should visit, and maybe it will make you feel the need to start recycling.

| Kit do mar sneak preview |
Uma sneak preview do trabalho que os alunos do 6.º E estão a desenvolver para o concurso Kit do Mar 2013: recriações em 3D de robots submersíveis de pesquisa.    Os alunos estão a trabalhar em intercâmbio entre Ciências da Natureza, Formação Cívica e TIC. Após pesquisa sobre o tema robots submarinos e uma breve aprendizagem de domínio de ferramentas digitais específicas, estão agora a modelar em 3D os seus robots utilizando o programa Doga L3. E porque o 3D se vê bem é em 3D, um dos trabalhos de aprendizagem criados pelas alunas Fabiana e Madelana. Podem ver mais imagens dos trabalhos em progresso neste link: Kit do Mar. |
