UBS Country House #2 - Construction Set H33 by Universal Building System
A small interactive country house - Australian, Queenslander style from the mid-1900s.
This set is standalone, and all components work "out-of-the-box". It includes a fully constructed building and is ready to use - just drag the prefab into your scene and they are ready to go. The model is interact-able and allows the user to open doors for full access to inside the building, open windows, and to switch lights.
BONUS!!! This is a modular building set that is based on the UBS standard building platform.

The models include UBS standard wall panels, roof panels, operational doors and windows, and lights and switches that can be used construct different house designs with the Unity Editor. Each of the parts, including the bases, floors and ceilings, walls and construction beams can be used for creating completely new buildings from scratch.

Low Poly Arsenal - Stone by Vertical Limits Studio
Welcome to Low Poly Arsenal - Stone! This low-poly styled pack contains 8 weapons: 1 bow, 1 dagger, 1 sword, 1 axe, 1 mace, 1 hammer, 1 war axe and 1 greatsword, and 1 arrow for you to play around with and use in your Game project!
