A hospital where doctors maintained quarantine for a long time — until the virus finally broke out.
Modular system.
The hospital is fully modular. You can use the preassembled version or build your own layout from scratch. It’s constructed using standard pipeline-friendly modular components.

Modular Turret System by Vattalus Assets

Main Texture Set consists of a set of various 4K PBR maps. For the Albedo map, there are 5 included color variants, and a .PSD file in order to easily generate more variants.
The albedo map has 3 color zones, which means you can customize the look of an entire room for example just by editing a single texture.
The main material uses a PRB shader with extra "Grunge" parameters, which adds an extra layer of customizabilty.
