Infinite Voice Over Library is a professionally recorded and prepared collection of the most common phrases used in video games. Each volume features an experienced voice actor from places around the world to provide a variety of choices in gender, accent, intonation, and delivery style. The script used to create this library features more than one thousand nine hundred and fifty phrases using just under four thousand words! The following categories are included:

You may be thinking, “Wow! That is a lot of vocal clips, but it isn’t ‘INFINITE’ like it says in the name.” So, we’ll let you in on a secret. In the readme file included with each volume of this product is the name and contact information for the voice artist who performed the original recording, as well as details on the software and settings used if the sound was post processed. If the library doesn’t include every last phrase you need, you can contact the actual voice artist and hire them to fill out any missing pieces you may need. A huge library of professional vocal clips at an inexpensive price and the ability to hire the original artist for anything you may need beyond what’s included sounds pretty INFINITE to us!

There are three styles of vocalization in the library: Announcer, Announcer Ominous Voice, and Player. The Announcer lines are delivered from the point of view of an observer that is somewhat removed from the action; think a ships computer, a commander observing the action remotely, or the game interface itself. They are not emotionless, but they are delivered with a bit less intensity of emotion. The Announcer Ominous Voice delivers the kind of call out phrases you may have heard in Street Fighter (“Fight!”, “You Lose!) or in Mortal Kombat (“Finish Him!”). The Player lines are delivered from the standpoint of someone deep in the heat of action in the game. They convey more intense emotion and are a bit more “over the top” than the Announcer stylizations.

This volume features a Sonorous American Male. You are going to love this awesome deep voice! The sound cloud file above features a preview selection of various phrases from multiple categories to give you a general idea of the contents of this library. The full script used during recording is shown in the "screenshots" above. We also include a PDF with every phrase in the product download. We also include a demo scene that lets you listen to each clip one by one.
