😲️ This is NOT an UI Toolkit or IMGUI asset. This is for uGUI. If you don't know what I am talking about then you are probably fine. If you use USS and UI Builder in your project then check out my UI Toolkit asset instead.


⚠️ Animations are done via vertex animations on the CPU. Take care when animating many elements at the same time. Usually it's not an isse but 'Ye have been warned!'. If you run into any issues please contact support. Maybe we can come up with a custom solution.


⚠️ Unity 2021.3 or higher is required (LTS releases strongly recommended).




✍️ Usage

Add the Glow component to your element and configure it.

Done. It's that simple!


😎 HINT 1:

Animating button outlines is a very nice way to convey the currently focused element.


🧐 HINT 2:

Use the outer vertices info in OnBeforeMeshWrite to only animate the outer vertices. Also the GlowManipulator has a handy "DisplaceVertexOutwardsNormalized()" method to move vertices along a vector pointing outwards.


🤠 HINT 3:

Use the colors of the shadow to emulate glow on your UI elements.

Use GlowUtils.RegisterToggleOnHover() to easily add hover outlines to your elements.

Gyeongbokgung Palace, the main palace in the Joseon Dynasty, was built after King Taejo, founder of the Joseon Dynasty. He had the capital moved to Hanyang during the fourth year of his reign (1395). Sajeongjeon Hall of Gyeongbokgung Palace 경복궁 사정전

Gyeongbokgung Palace was built according to the traditional architectural principles for the construction of royal palaces in ancient times. It is in the central court, that’s to say, the Ruler’s Court, that the throne hall, Geunjeongjeon, is located along with other important government halls such as the Sajeongjeon, Manchunjeon, and Cheonchujeon. Of these, the Sajeongjeon, standing behind the throne hall with Sajeongmun Gate between them, and flanked by Manchunjeon in the east and Cheonchujeon in the west, was used as the king’s office and residence during normal times. Sajeongjeon Hall was one of the three office buildings used by Joseon’s rulers in ordinary times. This pack contains 1 x 'evolution 2' creature: Shark. Texture size is 2048 x 2048 ( set to 512 in Unity) and file format is in PSD. 1 diffuse texture map. Material is using Unity's Standard shader. If you want to test the output from Revit you can run this runtime version of the plugin (please note that the Ambiens Sync runtime version is not included in this package, this plugin will only import from Revit to a Unity Scene, contact us for more information):

How it works

  1. Install the Revit plugin
  2. Open the Revit project and export the 3D View from the AT+Sync tab
  3. The project will be saved in a temporary folder on your disk, no information will be shared outside of your computer
  4. Open a Unity project and install the Ambiens Sync for Unity Plugin
  5. Open the Sync panel from Tools->Ambiens->ArchToolkit->Ambiens Sync
  6. Select the 3D view you just exported from Revit and Click on the Sync button, the plugin will synchronize the view from Revit to your Unity Scene
