SciFi Buildings , modular and animated is a modular low-poly 3d model ready for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), games and other real-time apps.

You can use it for a game,animation,practice,movie making or whatever else may come to mind.

The package contains 15 models in FBX format, out of which 7 are animated in their own idle loop animations.
The model entire toolkit consists of 17691 Polygons and 18,645 Vertices.

It comes with one single material,shared by all 15 parts,to reduce draw calls.
It uses four 4K textures (Diffuse,Emissive,Normals,SpecularPBR, plus optional separate specular and roughness maps) TGA file format. (8196 x 8196)
