MAST is an editor extension for Unity, primarily intended for staging 3D modular assets. It is very useful for making scenes and levels that are based off of a grid. Instead of having to drag a prefab into the inspector, then manually move, rotate and flip it, MAST provides a simple interface that lets you do all the above before ever placing the item in your scene.

MAST includes a fully customizable grid that can be raised or lowered at the click of a button, the ability to customize position offsets, and even a robust randomizer for varying props. Since MAST works with prefabs, there is no limit to what can be placed, including game-ready objects with internal logic components.

Also, MAST can merge static meshes at any time for efficiency at runtime. Everything you do is in the Inspector and can be managed like any other game object.

Technical details

No prop has more than 4200 triangles or 2500 vertices. By average a prop range around 400 triangles and 250 vertices.

No transparent textures or backface culling used in models. Low poly and mobile friendly.

Every prop type has a 2048 x 2048 texture. Source Photoshop (.PSD) files included.

Test scene featuring all model types, textures and shaders.

FBX version is 2018 but older versions can be provided on request.

Unity tool for procedural generation of two-dimensional maps in three-dimensional space based on noise map.

The tool creates opportunity to generate maps in design mode and at the start of the scene. It has an editor that enable you to parameterize the generator and add new data models without programming. The parameterization of the generator has a big impact on the final effect of the generated map. It enable you to generate a map from the given seed of randomness, so it is possible to generate the same map for the same parameter.
