SDF Image - Quality UI Outlines and Shadow by nickeltin

- Uses AssetImporter.userData (https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/AssetImporter-userData.html) to store SDF import settings, so if you using any plugins that also writes to userData of textures it will not be compatible.
- There is know issue when generating SDF on Macbooks with M1 processor. For some reason images might have artifact in the left bottom corner, this will be fixed in future.
- Requires com.nickletin.core dependecy hosted on public npmjs registry (https://www.npmjs.com/package/com.nickeltin.core). Will be installed automatically upon importing. (Scoped registry and package id added to project manifest)
- Sprite Atlases is not supported. SDF is generated as Secondary Texuture for sprite, but due to bug unity won't pack secondary textures in atlases correctly, therefore they can't be used.
- Pixel art is not supported right now, all outlines will look "hi-rez". Will be added in future.
- Sprite Renderer is not supported right now, possibilities for implementation will be explored but this is a tricky topic.
Adds additional import settings for textures for SDF (Signed Distance Field) import which used in custom UI shader to render surface-correct outline/shadow/underlay around an Image. To render Image with outline/shadow use component SDFImage (SDFRawImage is avaliable too), provide it with sprite and SDF material to adjust outline properties.

Shaders included are simple. Any standard or third party shaders should work as long as the atlas texture is included as the base map. Toon shading is heavily recommended due to the low poly style.
*** Included shaders are made for URP. Models will work in other Unity versions if you have suitable replacement shaders.
