This pack is a large collection of colorful handpainted cartoon stylized assets. It is also thematically covering Spring celebrations including Easter or Valentine day with multiple specific buildings, plants and props. There are also some Particle Systems and animated assets included to complete the atmosphere of levels. The pack is suitable for top-down and FPS level design as demonstrated in screenshots.

Unity's official free Stadard assets (Water material and Lens Flares effect) are used in preview screenshots. Attached Documentation file provides instructions to achieve the same look.
