Frozen Tundra Environment Pack is a huge collection of 140+ assets built from the ground up to take full advantage of the High Definition Render Pipeline. These assets were carefully sculpted, textured, and optimized to create beautiful and performant environments.
All snow-covered assets include versions without snow, for a total of over 230 prefabs!

IMPORTANT: To install, first import main package from Asset Store, then import included Render Pipeline-specific package. See README file after first import for full installation instructions. Example scene for HDRP version of package requires installation of Particle System Shader Samples via the Package Manager. Example scene for Standard version of package requires installation of Post Processing, also via the Package Manager.
All assets except for background mountains are setup with LODs. Triangle counts for LOD0 vary between 11,000 for the most detailed rock formation all the way down to just 80 for the smallest snowball, while most assets fall between a couple hundred to a couple thousand.
Most included albedo maps are 2048x2048, most normal maps are imported between 1024x1024 and 2048x2048, and most maskmaps are imported at 512x512. Most included textures are native 2048x2048 so they can be adjusted as seen fit. Nearly all assets make use of detail maps.
Many assets are UV packed and textured together in sets. Most mid-sized rock formations are textured by themselves, while most large formations share a tiled cliff texture.
Most included assets use custom shaders which are fully editable with Amplify Shader Editor.

Clayxels by Spare Parts Oasis
Clayxels is an interactive volumetric toolkit that doesn't rely on per-pixel ray-marching. Instead it produces a compact and lightweight point-cloud that can be used in a whole bunch of different ways. Both in editor and in game.
Works with all render pipelines, built-in, URP, HDRP.
Create your game assets directly in Unity, freeze to mesh whenever you want and use the included auto-retopology feature.
- sculpt game assets directly in Unity without the need for complex mesh operations
- everything will stay interactive, no need to plan ahead, anything can be changed anytime
- iterative level design with complex shapes without leaving the editor
- if needs be, the FBX exporter can be used to move your models to any external package
Clayxels works in-game just as it does in-editor, the computed point cloud will perform just like a traditional mesh.
- the point cloud that clayxels generates is shaded per vertex, so, it's as fast as a standard mesh
- nothing stops you from interactively modifying the volumes during gameplay. Only at that point a compute shader will update the point cloud
- clayxels can be animated in editor or used with procedural motion at runtime
- physics works with standard colliders
Open C# code, shaders and signed-distance functions, but you can ignore all of that if you like. Clayxels works by simply moving around standard Unity GameObjects.
- Extend or hack the provided APIs or simply use Unity's standard GameObjects to interact with the volumes, no need to learn anything new unless you want to
- Write new shaders via code or use Amplify Shader to customize the existing shaders with nodes
- All the mathematical functions are exposed and you can add your own to change how the signed distance field is generated
Current limitations (subject to change as development progresses):
- auto-retopology is available on Windows only and it's not meant to be used at runtime
- performance will vary a lot depending on the available GPU, this is especially relevant if you plan on using clayxels at runtime in your game
- it is preferable to use clayxels on machines with a dedicated GPU to get optimal performance
- mobile phones and tablets are currently not a supported target
