Introduction
This package contains a set of 25 ready-to-use materials for mobile applications. A set of 77 seamless textures are included, resolution is fixed at 512 by 512 for mobile performances. All materials are powered by “Shader Smart: Fabric and Cloth Specified”, with high customizability and extra features introduced as:
1) Surface Dirt
Individually adjustable Bias values for Specular, Roughness, Normal, and Ambient Occlusion for the dirt part of the pattern.
2) Color Desaturation:
Surface dirt color can be adjusted and desaturated based on the chosen color Tone.
3) Secondary Normal
A minor Normal map is introduced, where users have full control over its strength, bias value, and intensity ratio respect to the primary Normal.

Users have full control over the parallax height functionality, and surface dirt now has an extra feature that makes the Height bias adjustable based on the dirt pattern. Height bias will vanish if the camera enters the far field range (which is adjustable as well).

Individually adjustable Bias values for Specular, Roughness, Normal, and Ambient Occlusion for the dirt part of the pattern.

WHY?
To create calendar events on WebGL. This asset is not for building your own calendar. It is for creating calendar events for existing calendars on the market. It uses a third-party package, calendar-link, to achieve this. It supports everything the library supports. At the time of writing the following calendars are supported:
1-google
2-outlook
3-office365
4-yahoo
5-ics
It generates a URL for the calendar event that you want, which you can then open or attach to an email, for example.
ICS files can be used to create an event on the user's native calendar(Android and iOS). Upon clicking on the URL, the calendar event is created immediately on iOS, but on Android the file is downloaded first and the user needs to open it manually. If this is an issue, consider using one of the other options for Android.
Please note that I do not fix library issues with my asset. You can see all of its issues here. For my use cases, that are ics and google, it works perfectly fine. Currently the library only seems to have some problems with the yahoo and outlook calendars, but they will get patched eventually.
I will be regularly updating this asset to keep it up-to-date with the latest library fixes and features(the issues on github). You can check the releases here. If the release is just about dependency updates, I won't be updating the asset immediately. Dependency releases come out too frequently and don't really change anything noticeable.

Lowpoly Modular Building 1 by Flovi Studios
A modular building suitable for big city-scenes. It consists of many separate parts to give the level designers as many freedom as possible without being unnecessarily complex.
The polycount of the models are between 20 and 400. Most of the parts have around 150-250 polygons.
All parts share the same material. A reflection texture and an emission texture for windows is included. As can be seen at the screenshots, all windows' lights will be on when emission texture is used. However, we suggest to use a simple 3D object (quad) and putting it in front of windows which should have light to give night scenes a nicer look. An example of light on the windows can be found in the sample scene.

Other information:
