Occult Throne Module by Stoffel Studios
- Real World Scale but slightly tweaked to fit a modular system for easy fast design

Will snap to a grid for fast design, make sure to set your grid snapping rotation too, 90 degree is usually best. As for the actual grid size, the modular tiles are 3mx3mx3m so in general 3m is a good place to start, you can always switch down to 1m 0.5m or 0.25m depending on how you want to use it.
This particular module extends past the 3mx3mx3m footprint a little (ie.Stairs) as it is designed to be more of a freestanding in the center of the room kind of asset.
