The Spell Casting Motion Pack is an add-on to the Motion Controller and enables plug-and-play spell casting for your player character and non-player characters. The Spell Casting Motion Pack is way more than just a set of animations or particle effects. It is a spell creator and editor, handles movement, targeting, and magic with advanced features like replaceable particle effects, object creation, and tons of properties for you to play with.
This is the perfect pack to use out-of-the box or to create your own spells as it includes detailed documentation, well structured and commented code, and ootii's awesome support. You have total control to customize magic and spells for your unique game.
As with all my assets, the Spell Casting Motion Pack is incredibly modular. This allows you to not only create custom spells, but you can use other attribute solutions, camera solutions, particle effects, and inventory solutions.

Note: This is beta! With the ability to create your own spells, this pack is pretty complex and may have bugs. If you are not comfortable with that, please do not purchase it yet.
Note: This is NOT a particle effects pack. My particle effects are pretty basic. Feel free to replace my particle effects with different ones.
Note: Please be aware that I can't possibly have coded for every spell that could ever exist. To create a spell you have in your mind, you may need to create new 'spell actions' using C#. The Spell Builder's Guide explains how.

Flag Wave Shader by TAB3D
There are two shaders included:
- Tessellated
- Non-Tessellated
The tessellated shader is DX11 only and will automatically fall back to the non-tessellated shader if it is unsupported. It smooths the mesh to remove harsh lines whilst the wave effect is happening.
The non-tessellated shader is supported on Mac and PC but will show harsh lines if your mesh doesn't have enough vertices.
How Does it work?
It requires the 'cloth' of the flag to be aligned with the x axis in your modelling program (it can be rotated in Unity). The shader uses a 'flex map' to recognise which areas of the flag should move and which shouldn't and also by how much.
Examples are included in the package of a tessellated and non-tessellated flag.

Please Read:
i) SDK User Manual is included within asset package in Readme folder
ii) For mobile devices, the plugin uses the face detection provided with hardware on-device
iii) Forehead and ear points are not available
iv) Face Tracker is calibrated for camera position on top of device screen
v) Rotation angles of camera cannot be obtained on the Windows OS platform. To use camera in a vertical position, developers must adjust the rotation of camera preview texture in CameraDispatch.cs.
vi) FaceMask and Object3D demos update mesh vertices with tracking points. The mesh can be replaced if tracking points are mapped to mesh vertices. Developers must update or calculate extra vertices.
vii) From FaceMask.cs and Object3D scripts, developers can obtain UV coordinates from _mesh.uv. Developers may check the Unity manual for more information
viii) The desktop version should synchronize camera feed and tracker output in the same frame
ix) Hardware specifications would depend on how many objects the application must compute and draw
x) The Face Tracker's performance depends on image size and CPU power
