What it does With Simple Survey you can easily set up your own survey, save the poll data in JSON format on the device or send it to a server. It is optimised to work on mobile. It adjusts to whatever screen size smoothly Text input is always repositioned to the top of the on screen keyboard while typing.

It offers the following question types:

Multiple Choice
Single Choice
Text Input

You can also easily change interface language

What it doesn’t do
It is just a simple tool. If you want something more complex, this isn’t the right thing for you.
For example you can not:

You can not create nested questions.
You have to type in your questions with a text editor of your choice, no input interface for the question creator is provided. (But I’m sure you won’t have any problems with that)

You can set up your own survey by editing a simple text file. It is well documented how to do that and shouldn't be a problem at all.
No coding necessary. But if you want to sent poll data to a server, you need a basic understanding of C# and make some tweaks to the already given code.
