Stargate - Portal VFX by Simon Kratz
The Stargate - Portal VFX asset comes with a fully working portal that can be started and stopped via animation parameter at any point. It creates a space distortion effect and then opens a gateway as you can see in the video.
It includes many custom shaders to create the look that can be tweaked if necessary (documentation included). Apart from that I'm also happy to answer any questions that arise while working with it.
The asset is targeted for desktop and console development due to the high-quality visual effects it uses to generate the look.
The total polycount of all the assets is 18.828 tris (including Stencil culling objects and VFX meshes). It doesn't come with the dummy environment seen in the video to keep the package clean. If you need that one, please request it and I'm happy to provide it for free.

Rope Minikit The Rope Minikit is a code pacakge that brings stable rope physics to your Unity3d project. The rope component can be used to simulate simple hanging wires or more advanced setups with pulleys and weights that require active collision detection. The bundled example scene shows how to connect the rope for a physically simulated crane, a rope bridge and set of swings. The rope component is written with performance in mind and many compute intensive tasks are handled by Unity jobs on separate threads accelerated using the Burst compiler.
