"Shouwa" 80's Japanese town model set - vol.1 House by FUNSET
This series is very familiar to Japanese people We are planning to provide models that can express the landscape of Japan with the characteristics of the late Shouwa era (1970-1980).
This is an adjustment assuming medium / small scale development for PC.
It does not include complicated gimmicks, it targets low polygons, high versatility, easy to use.
Vol.1 is a set of compact houses, narrow gardens, walls, potted plants, wooden verandas, clothespins, gas cylinders and so on.
We prepare a sample scene that can be used immediately, a large number of build elements and general purpose material.
You can combine building parts models to build original buildings.

Modular Rocks Vol. 2 - Photoscanned by Mikołaj Spychał
This package contains 13 high quality game ready assets to place in your scene:
- 5 different, fully 3D scanned rocks which you can use to build more complex formations.
- 5 big rocks example prefabs
- 3 cliff faces example prefabs
You can build even more different rocks and cliffs, it all depends on your creativity.

Use them anywhere from northern cliffs, apocalyptic wastelands or fantasy lands!
Each base rock has been carefully picked, fully 3D scanned (it's different at any angle) using photogrammetry and de-lighted, color corrected, retopologized and turned into game assets, by default scaled as it was in real word, but you can scale up without losing quality(to some limits).
All have maximum resolution of 4k PBR Albedo, Normal and AO uniqe maps and ~5k tris at LOD0 and ~500 at LOD2, so they should be suitable even for mobile.
