3. How many polygons it has?
A lot (36 038) it should be treated as a cinematic prop or a main weapon for your hero. Copying that many times might hurt performance.
4. Can I modify the weapon for my own preference?
Yeaa sure you can, make it as you like it!
5. Does it support the Scriptable Render Pipeline?
Yes, package contains textures for SRP, have fun with it!
6. What Unity version do I need to run it?
If you want everything to work properly you need at least 2018.2+. Nothing holds you back to just export katana model and textures to different version. It should work even at 5.5.3f.1+.

This is a package allowing Unity developers to easily add interactivity to their game cameras.
