Any game which is promoted with this term usually get higher attention from players, and its content also varies across levels. The term “procedural” is applied to several field of game assets creation, including map, terrain, animal species, or other environmental elements like rock, cloud, etc. The main purpose of procedural content is to create a variety of assets with minimum effort and time, by a process called “parameterize”.

Auto Rename

Auto Rename is a set of tools for rename the game object.
1. Auto rename new object that create by Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V. Auto Rename will auto add number or increase number at the end of the new object, for example, if you copy test_03, the new object will named as test_04.

2. Auto rename will game object statistics. If you name your object with "...1/1" as end of the name, for example, test_01...1/1, when you copy it with Ctrl+V, auto Rename will auto rename the new object as test_02...2/2 and change the test_01...1/1 to test_01...1/2

3. Batch rename the select objects. If your select the objects that start with the same string, like "testy_01","testy_02","testy_03", you can rename them to "test_01","test_02","test_03", in one operation.

4. Rename the objects to make Suffix increase. If your select the objects ,like "test_01","test_04","testy02", you can rename them to "test_01","test_02","test_03", or "test_03","test_02","test_01", without change their order.

btw:The Auto Rename is base the whole scene objects to rename the new object.
