-6 Fence variations and 2 gates (open and closed)

Some of the bigger objects share a texture/material and have overlapping UVs (e.g. barn; fence-variations), the smaller props have their own individual texture with non-overlapping UVs. The polycount (tris) is about 70000 for the whole scene as shown on the images.
