This is a HUGE collection of various props used to make office cubicles. The quality of the mesh and PBR textures is suitable for 1st person PC games.

All meshes are cleanly made and optimized for performance in games.

All props have a custom collision mesh that is optimized for games.

Many of the props have multiple skins ( wood / plastic ) so you can choose between the two.

All materials are PBR configured with albedo / metal / specular / normal textures.
Majority of textures are 2048x2048,

Triangle counts for each of the models range from about 500 --> 4,000.

Each model has 2 or 3 LODs included.

Also included are several black/white color mask that make it easy for you to change the color of the props if you wish to do so.
