How to reduce HingeJoint2D errors?

In Unity's menu bar, go to Edit > Project Settings > Physics2D, then increase the Velocity and Position Iterations. Keep in mind that a higher number of iterations will improve accuracy but also increase processing overhead.

This package helps generate 2D chains and ropes with the HingeJoint2D component. It supports chain generation in both editor and runtime modes. An object pooler is included to improve chain generation in runtime. Additionally, the package includes scripts for playing sound, cutting, and dragging.

If you already have version 1.x.x, you can upgrade to version 2.x.x for free. However, please note that you should delete the old version before importing version 2.x.x to avoid any conflicts or issues.

Animation Blocks is a tool that was built to improve the iterability of 2d sprite sheet animations in Unity. Instead of selecting frames from a sprite sheet and generating your animation clips, Animation Blocks saves all your selections in a block sheet and you can adjust these selections and generate animation clips from them at any time.

Why Animation Blocks?

• Non-Destructive - When you slice your sprite sheet up into animations in Animation Blocks, it saves your selections. This means you can change your sprite sheet in any way such as adding/removing frames, changing resolution, or swapping sections of animation. All of these changes will be quick to update and won't break your animation controllers or animation clips.
• Transferable - The selections stored in block sheets aren't tied to a specific sprite sheet. This means you can select that frames 0-9 are "Idle, and 10-19 are "Run" and generate Run and Idle animation clips from any sprite sheet with 20 frames. Having sprite sheets with similarly sized actions can let you save a lot of time by reusing one or few block sheets.
• Visibility - When working with low resolution sprite sheets, it can be difficult to tell where one animation ends and another begins. With Animation Blocks, you get a live preview of whatever frames you current have selected meaning it's much harder to make mistakes when selecting. You can also scale the display of any sprites to make things as clear as possible.
• Easy - Animation Blocks is fairly intuitive and comes with concise documentation. Additionally, there are many pointers that show up in-engine to make things as straightforward as possible.

Before you buy

• Animation Blocks is built for sprite sheets. It won't work for other types of animation
• Animation Blocks only replaces the process of generating animation clips from sprite sheets. It doesn't replace animation controllers or sprite sheet slicing.

Attributes

• [Tile] : Alternative to Header attribute but with a line to separate the title from other fields.
• [ReadOnly] : Used to disable modifications to a serialized field.
• [DrawIf] : Draw a property field if the condition is true. (Only for Boolean and Enum)
• [HelpBox] : Display an help box in the inspector with a message and a type (None, Info, Warning, Error)
• [MinMaxSlider] : Show a slider with minimum and maximum values for a Vector2.
• [SnappedSlider] : Draw a slider to increase an integer or a float value by a certain amount (step) and clamped by a minimum and a maximum value. (Only for Integer and Float)
• [Required] : Draw an Help Box (Error Type) if a field value is empty or null.
• [PathReference] : Allow to store the GUI and the Path of an asset folder.
• [Button] : Draw button in the inspector, it needs to be used with a method and not a field.

This is a collection of C# attributes for the Unity editor that I use in most of my projects. Some are essential, like ReadOnly, which I've been using for several years. While others like Title are more for keeping the inspector window organised and clear.

Once imported simply add this line to your file header to use any attributes :

Compatibility

• Tested and verified on Unity 2019.4 and Unity 2021.3.
• Build made using Unity 2021.3 without any errors.
• Since attributes are only meant to be used inside the Editor, they are not included in your build.

Mfuscator was developed to protect standalone Unity IL2CPP builds using several uncommon techniques inspired by AAA games. These techniques include metadata encryption and initialization pattern obfuscation.

The purpose of Mfuscator is to significantly impede the reverse-engineering efforts of hackers targeting your game. It distinguishes itself from more widely known obfuscation methods for mono (e.g., "control flow") by ensuring that game performance remains unaffected while making reverse-engineering (or dumping) tools for Unity IL2CPP ineffective.

The entire process is automated and seamlessly integrated, requiring no manual configuration or extensive documentation reading. By simply importing Mfuscator into your project and initiating the build, the protection measures are applied.

Tested and is recommended for use on the 2021 and 2022 Unity LTS versions (Win x64).
