What is EasySnow Shader?

EasySnow is a shader made with Shadergraph. It calculates the normal vector of any model in scene to apply a dynamic snow effect (if you tilt the object, snow will apply always on top).

How can I use it?

You can apply this shader to any 3d model and you will have a nice snow effect on the desired prop. It works perfectly with photogrammetry models (ex. Quixel Brigde models).

You just have to create a material, set the textures and apply to your favourite prop.

Dynamic Displacement

EasySnow Shader improves the realism of the snow effect with vertical displacement on the model, making the snow as thick as you want, you just need to modify one single parameter.

Artist Friendly

You don't need any knowledge of shading or scripting to make the shader work. Besides, you can highly customize the parameters of the material to make the shader fit perfectly with your scene.

High versatility

You can even change the textures of the snow with another type of textures, like moss or whatever you want; you just need to provide the shader with 2 textures (Albedo and Normal) to use the material in different and creative ways.
