OWA Balconies & Scaffolding Pack 01 by Bohn Studios
Modular Balconies & Skywalks
Great for games with parkour or climbing up buildings along a path.
All the models use one of the atlases and are built on a 4x4 grid, so if you are snapping assets to a power of two (or at least 1m) you will find that each balcony snaps directly to the center of of windows for most kits built on a grid.
If you have an opening into a building, these balconies and scaffolds and should snap right into place to fit with your doorway. The pivot points are configured to be adjacent, or up against the building edge. They really just conveniently pop into place.
There is just 1 material for all of the assets in this pack so static batching works from the get go, right out of the box.
