Modular Tech Environment by DC Assets
This is a highly customizable environment and prop pack. There are more then 550 prefabs included here!
Each model is setup to accept almost any type of tiling materials or textures. You can change the color or textures of each model or the entire set altogether. They are currently setup with PBR materials, but are also fine with non-PBR.
Every model has its first UV set equally scaled to maintain a consistent texel density no matter what material you choose and their second UV channel is setup for proper light bakes or specific texture work.
Included in this set are the following:
- 80 floor, platform and stair pieces
- 105 wall pieces (flat, hex and tube shaped)
- 58 ceiling pieces
- 34 trims
- 108 barrier type pieces (gates, pillars, railings)
- 28 duct pieces
- 150 decorative pieces (pipes, panels, machines, lights and more)
- 4 2k tiling texture sets
- 3 CS scripts (door opening, platform sliding and hovering sculpture)
Ceiling/floor pieces average 500 verts per 2x2 meters. Walls average 2000 verts per 2x3 m. Decorative pieces are 200-12000 verts.
The top-down and interior level samples are included in the pack. The character controller is not, though.
