The Normalized Cube Sphere is a slightly improved approach on generating a sphere in Unity.
The script allows the user to set the subdivisions of the to be generated sphere; allowing a lot rounder/smoother spheres.
Currently the Script can generate two types of Spheres:
- the (default) Normalized Cube Sphere but with merged vertices, preventing holes on certain deformations
- the Ico-Sphere. It is very well suited for applications, where the points on the sphere have to be almost uniformly distributed on the surface of an ideal Sphere
