Perspeccy - 2D to 2.5D by Grant Scrits
It is simple to use and requires absolutely no coding. You can have your first object up and running within a few minutes. I optimized it to be as easy as possible to work with batches of objects, but it is just as simple to enable on a singular object.
It works by maneuvering the children of an object, so an admitted caveat of this asset is that you must separate the artwork for your objects into the necessary layers and child them to the object in question, but I believe the inconvenience in the art workflow to be extremely worth it.

During an encounter with a target (container) and its task, a player may throw a ball (or any object you want) for scoring by tapping any point on the screen (easy mode) or by flicking (swiping) the ball from the bottom of the screen up toward the target (hard mode).
