The performance is penalized on mobile by several factors, firstly the resolution of the screen, in virtual reality, the use of cameras to represent each eye is expensive, the amount of instructions, the number of passes and the textures used.
It is a set of shaders designed to be as friendly as possible with low-resource mobile devices.
Each effect was designed in using only single pass, it was thought using a single camera instantiating the view, modifying the UV coordinates to obtain the stereoscopic effect and finally using the least amount of textures and the least amount of instructions but keeping the same functionality.

Vault by Cleverous
Vault at it's core is a Database system for storing anything and any type of data. Entries are stored as unique .asset ScriptableObject files and managed internally so you never have to dig around the project for them. A primary use for this sort of thing is Inventory - and Vault includes a fantastic base for an Online Multiplayer Inventory and Design Database Solution using Mirror as a base for the networking code.
Vault offers a design architecture which uses ScriptableObject assets in the project to represent the game database items. Anything deriving from the DataEntity class will be immediately available in the Vault Dashboard for designers to start building content with. All variables will be exposed in the Vault Dashboard just like a normal inspector, respecting inheritance.
The Vault Inventory System is designed to be fully Host-Authorative and Host/Client synced at all times. This means that players simply issue requests for inventory actions and let the Host perform the actions, decide the results, then issue result commands back to the clients. This effectively negates client-side exploitation of things like item-duping.
The Vault Inventory System requires Mirror to function and is included in the package. Mirror is licensed under the MIT license.
