There is usually its own texture set (metallic workflow) created for every prefab yet some models may be used with common texture sets.
The texture size depends on object's real size (from 512 px for small objects to 4096 px for walls and a ceiling). For some materials texture maps may also be replaced with numbers (for metallic map it’s 0 or 1).
This pack was created under the Built-in pipeline, and if you need to integrate it into the URP pipeline, then you will have to update the materials (shaders) yourself.
